We first met Mark through our daughter's friend. We were interested in purchasing a future retirement place in Florida. We investigated many condo communities in SW Florida. Mark was always helpful in checking statistics and the status of the Homeowner's Association. He would provide information in regards to the history, availability, and covenants of each community. If he didn't know an answer, he would get one for us. He helped each step of the way making recommendations and extra trips to verify the condition of units. His honesty was appreciated very much. He guided us through the process of out-of state real estate purchasing and helped us with the closing. I believe we had a record "short sale" and I often felt terrible that he did so much leg work without receiving his commission. After 18 months, we finally closed. He keeps in contact with us from time to time and set us up with a great property manager. We have a great tenant who is caring for our property until we retire. I would highly recommend Mark. First of all of all,  as you well know, I was and am extremely dissatisfied.  That being said...........
 
I am retired mortgage banker, hold a valid Florida Real Estate License (but due to other commitments I do not practice that profession) re-located to Florida in 1999 and in the  very competitive real estate market of 2011 had  need of a professional real estate agent. 
 
I contracted with Mark Ludden in order to find the ideal home in the Fort Myers market.  He responded to all my needs in a timely manner.  As a result of my experience regarding the purchase and closing for my new home I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Ludden for any or all of your real estate needs.  He knows how to get the job done.  And he does so in a smooth orderly manner.
